Referral and invite rules

These rules explain how referral links, invite codes and Rebel Army rewards work. They form part of our Terms of Service (section 7). Affiliates follow the Affiliate Program Terms instead (section 6 below).

1. Referral links

You can make your own referral link in Settings › Profile › Referrals and share it with people who might like Rebel Audio.

• What the person you refer gets: 20% off their first month when they start a paid plan, applied at checkout.
• What you get: one free month, as a credit on your Rebel Audio bill. If you are not on a paid plan when the referral qualifies, our team arranges your reward by hand.
• When a referral qualifies: the person signs up through your link, their workspace's first paid invoice is paid, and 14 days pass after that invoice without a refund. A refund within those 14 days ends the referral, and no reward is due.
• A referral is rewarded under the offer that was in force when the person signed up.
• Making a new link stops your old one from crediting new sign-ups. The Referrals card shows how many people signed up, paid and qualified, never who they are.

2. Invite codes

Our team makes invite codes for partners and guests, with links like rebelaudio.ai/join/your-code. Each code says what it gives, usually 30 days of the Creator plan.

• Plan time, not a subscription. The plan time goes to the workspace you claim it into. When it ends, the workspace goes back to its own plan. Nothing renews and you are not charged.
• One code per person, ever. Once you have claimed a code, you cannot claim another.
• Only an admin can claim. Plan time belongs to a workspace, so you claim a code in a workspace you own or are an admin of.
• A code adds nothing to a workspace already on that plan or a higher one; it stays free for someone else. A code can run out of spots, reach its end date or be switched off.

3. Rebel Army

When people sign up through your referral link, or claim an invite code that credits you, they count toward the Rebel Army milestones on your Settings › Profile page. Each milestone unlocks once:

Plan time is added to your workspace automatically when we know which workspace is yours (your referral link tells us); otherwise, and for Pod U access and the prize pack, our team hands the reward over. Plan time works like an invite code's: it ends by itself and nothing renews. A sign-up that our team rejects as fraud does not count.

4. One credit per person

Each person can be credited to one referrer, once. If someone both signed up through a referral link and claimed an invite code that credits someone, whichever came first gets the credit and the other gets none. The person still gets what the code gives them.

5. Fair use

• No self-referrals. Referring yourself or accounts you control earns nothing. We review those referrals and do not reward them.
• Review above 100 a month. If more than 100 people sign up through one person's link in a calendar month, our team reviews the extra sign-ups before any reward is given.
• Tell people about your reward. When you share your link or code publicly, say clearly that you get a reward if people sign up — for example "I get a free month if you join with my link" or "#ad" — next to the link, not hidden in a bio. US law (the FTC's Endorsement Guides) requires it.
• No spam, no fake or bot sign-ups, and no ads that bid on our name. We may withhold or reverse a reward and switch off a link or code that is misused.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Affiliates

Affiliates we have enrolled earn a commission under the Affiliate Program Terms instead. That commission is their only reward: they do not also get the free month or Rebel Army rewards for the people they bring. The people they bring keep what these rules give them.

7. Changes

We may change or end referral rewards, invite codes and the Rebel Army at any time by updating this page; the version and date above change with it. A change does not take away a reward you have already earned. Questions: support@rebelaudio.ai.
