The Best Moments of The BBQ Central Show in 10 Minutes or Less

Episode 79

What’s on tap:  This episode brings you back to June 2013.  First up is once show regular, Derrick Riches.  Derrick and I talked at length about lighter fluid!  Do you use it??  In the 2nd portion of the show I had a chat with Dr. Akil Houston from Ohio University's African American Studies Department.  At this time, Paula Deen had just had her racial comments scandal hit and many sponsors were backing off her.  Dr. Houston and I spoke about the incident and we also talked about the "N' word and where it originally came from, the meaning and how it has evolved over time.  ENJOY!!
