The new Summit Charcoal Series is out (as of yesterday at 10am CST) and the reaction has been hot and heavy on both sides of the fence. This is the first sit down interview (that I have found) with someone from the company. Kevin talks about the genesis (no pun intended) of this cooker and why Weber feels the Summit sets itself apart from other cookers on the market.
