(Recorded 10/9/2022)

Join me for a visit with the pitmaster of Que-U, Grant Basilere. Grant made history last weekend when he won both ends of the World Series of Barbecue at the American Royal. We talk about his background, how he got into competition BBQ, the recap of the wins, which one he likes better and if he would trade them away for a guaranteed GC at the Jack Daniel’s! Take a listen to see what he says!!
